An article cannot be withdrawn after the corresponding author has been notified of acceptance. Once accepted, the article will proceed to publication regardless of any withdrawal request.
A fee may be charged for withdrawal requests submitted more than 15 days after the manuscript entered peer review, to cover editorial processing costs.
A submitted manuscript will not be withdrawn from peer review until a complete and signed withdrawal form has been received and acknowledged by the editorial office.
Authors must not assume their manuscript has been withdrawn until they have received a formal acknowledgement from the editorial office.
The Chief Editor must be informed via this signed form, with valid rationale, before any withdrawal is processed. Requests by email alone will not be accepted.
